All of our products are designed by us and manufactured and distributed by Zazzle.  Zazzle is a “print-on-demand” website that allows extraordinary customization and printing on literally hundreds of different kinds of products – everything from postcards, mugs and t-shirts to wrapping paper, skateboards, wall tiles, lamps, and more.

All the links on our site redirect to the product listing on Zazzle, and all orders are handled and fulfilled exclusively by Zazzle.  Have questions about prices, shipping, order status, or anything else relating to your product?  Please see below for the answers to some frequently asked questions.

Why can’t I see prices on your website?

All of our products are manufactured and shipped by Zazzle, which sets its own prices (we just charge a small royalty rate).  Zazzle often offers discounts, so rather than list out-of-date information, we suggest you click through to the Zazzle product page for the pricing.

How long does it take to get my product after I order it?

Since all products are manufactured and distributed by Zazzle (or one of their affiliate “makers”), the turn-around times for products varies greatly by product and shipping destination. According to Zazzle’s website, prints (such as our fingerprint guestbooks design) will be manufactured within 24 hours of placing the order, and delivered 4-7 business days after production with standard shipping in the U.S.

How much does shipping cost?

Zazzle’s shipping rate calculations are very complex, and are based on the shipping speed, the product weight, and the location of the shipment.  U.S. shipping rates are usually pretty reasonable, although international shipping can be more expensive in some circumstances.  Zazzle suggests you place the item you are considering into your shopping cart to see their shipping rate estimate.

How do I check the status of my order?

All orders are fulfilled entirely by Zazzle and must be reviewed on their site.  To track an existing order, please log into your Zazzle account and review your Order History. For further information,  please see Zazzle’s Order Status & Tracking support page.

Can’t I just buy products from you directly?

Unfortunately not.  Because Zazzle actually prints the products on demand, we don’t have any physical inventory.  (Also because we live in a tiny Manhattan apartment!) Not to worry – Zazzle is extremely easy to use and their printing is very high quality, and we’re sure you’ll be satisfied by buying through them.
